Complex layers on the nose of dark berry fruit, cedar and light toasty oak. Rich, ripe fruit that is tightly concentrated. This wine is all about balance. The finish is very long, with the sweet fruit nicely lingering and soft kisses of vanilla complete the picture. 6/17/2004
